Roda’s Critter Connection

Mother Nature dumped almost a foot of snow on us this weekend!  Much of our weekend was spent outside, shoveling and plowing.  (If you want a great workout, come on over!) The animals were relieved to be able to move about, with ease, once again.  Big White was the first of the ladies to run, full force, tothe barn for a treat of crickets and meal worms.  She is such a naughty beauty!

Grab your camera and join me in celebrating your favorite critter shots!

No critter is too big or too small.

      1. This morning he toppled a fish tank. It was a small fish tank but that didn’t make the fish any happier. What a mess! He just looked at me with the Urkel expression “Did I do that?” I gave extra downers in his breakfast. He’s now slumped over the back of the couch looking out the window ‘boofing’ at the horses. Danes are great ‘boofers.’

      2. I WAS THERE! I know what he did! Tonight we got home and he had torn open a new pillow I’d bought. Microbeads EVERYWHERE! He just sat there and watched me sew up the holes he had made. He tried to help by blowing the microbeads all over the place while I was trying to work. Then he put his paw on my needle hand and wouldn’t stop till I patted him. I went back to my sewing and he did it again…and again…and again. Next time I’ll threaten to send him to Auntie Roda’s house if he doesn’t behave. He’d be packed in a flash…all three hundred dog toys!
