The Gift of Gratitude: Warmth

Today kicks off my 31 Days of Gratitude Celebration. Gratitude cannot be owned, earned or even purchased. This beautiful way of life is the spiritual existence of embracing every moment with Gratitude.   There is always something to be grateful for, even on the darkest and most challenging days.

As the Michigan days grow colder and the amount of light diminishes, I find myself feeling pulled to the inside warmth of our home and family.  It is during these darker days, that we migrate closer together, gathering around the fireplace for celebrations and family game nights.  Although the snow might reach the window sills, our home remains warm and toasty inside.  Warmth is such a blessing…

As you celebrate this 1st Day of December, may your head swirl with warm thoughts, your heart overflow with endless love and your toes experience toasty warmth. I invite everyone to celebrate The Gift of Gratitude with me, for the month of December…

Love Yourself…Embrace Yourself…Just Be You…

  1. Well done Roda! I admit I am struggling a bit, with the dark and cold weather, comes some seasonal depression issues that I am trying to come to terms with. It is hard for me to return to the north after the sunlight of AZ. I am really missing Tucson right now and I want to take part in your December gratitude journey but am finding it a little hard right now. I might just go with a photo, as opposed to the words. I hope I will be able to get into the full mood soon!
