Hello Frosty Moon

November 4: Frosty or Beaver Moon

The frosty moon brings us the gift of relaxation, which is what I feel when I contemplate November.  The gardens are tucked in for their Winter’s rest, which means there are a few less responsibilities at Indigo Acres.  November allows for a slower pace and time for reflection.  What have I learned this year?  What were my accomplishments?

As I sat outside tonight and gazed into November’s frosty moon, I was filled with peace and gratitude.  I am thankful for our Summer and Fall harvest, which will help sustain our family throughout the dark and cold Winter months ahead. I look forward to days filled with stillness, when my creativity moves from outside to inside. I embrace the changing seasons…welcoming new beginnings.

  1. My in its fullness blanketed in a thin vail of clouds looked to be a frosted moon. It amazing, one moon different eyes but the feeling is the same, beautiful. Thank you for sharing this Roda.🦄🦄❤️
