Be Still

I try to live by the phrase, “Release what no longer serves you”. The process of letting go of unneeded energy, to create space for what is positive and inspiring, is a healthy way of life.  This past weekend, this message was brought to me not only by one praying mantis, but two!  I felt blessed to be able to experience the shedding of their skin…something that no longer served them.

We have so much to learn from Mother Nature’s creatures.  Today, take a moment to Be Still and notice the little things in life. You will be amazed at the lessons you will learn…

Love Yourself…Embrace Yourself…Just Be You…

  1. I love what you got out of the shedding of the praying mantis.
Today I took a short walk and saw a ‘bird village’ someone had organized on a large tree: a collection of 300 birdhouses in a park in Central London, designed around tree branches in a way the tree can still keep growing. Magical!

  2. You must have the most interesting yard and farm I have ever seen! You really do get the best shots of the coolest stuff! I am quickly running out of critters willing to sit in the pouring rain, my cat better get ready for her close up-I am almost to my backup option 🙂
